I made these because at some point I realized… my tiny world had zero backstory. Everything was too clean, too staged, like nothing had ever been delivered, stored, or slightly mishandled. So I made crates. Not glamorous, not “look at me” pieces — just quiet, sturdy little boxes that feel like they’ve been part of something bigger. Even if that “something” is just imaginary chocolate. 🍫

Each crate is handmade from real wood, which means yes — they’re a little imperfect. The grain varies, the edges aren’t factory-sharp, and the print lands slightly differently every time. I could’ve made them uniform and perfect… but that would’ve killed the whole point. These are meant to feel used, touched, like they’ve lived a life before ending up in your miniature scene.

Do you need them? No. But also… your setup probably feels a bit too “new” without them. These add that subtle realism, that unspoken story, that “okay this makes sense now” energy. It’s a miniature detail, but one that quietly does a lot of work — like a background character that somehow makes the whole scene believable. ✨
