the whole thing is under 4 centimeters tall. every single ring slides off the post. you can hold them in your palm — all of them, loose, a tiny pile of pastel rainbow pieces the size of your fingernail. and then you stack them back. largest to smallest. pink base, purple, blue, light blue, mint, yellow, orange, red, ball on top. I designed with love. the proportions are right. the rings have real center holes. the post is straight. the base is weighted enough to sit steady. it looks exactly like the stacking ring toy every baby has had since forever — just at a scale where the whole thing disappears in one hand. that's what gets me every time I make one of these. something so recognizable, so tied to a specific memory, rebuilt so small that it becomes something else entirely. it's still a toy. it still works. you can still stack it wrong and feel mildly irritated. it's just tiny now. under 4cm assembled. each ring individually removable. comes fully assembled and ready to destack immediately.
