Tiny food Recipe: Syrniki: Ukrainian Cheese Pancakes 🥞 l Miniature cooking
My Tiny Syrniki Recipe (Ukrainian Cheese Pancakes) is so good, you may find yourself never going back to traditional American pancakes again. These delicious bites are made from fresh and creamy cheese, dried fruit, and eggs, making them moist and delightful. If you want to enjoy a real Ukrainian experience, serve your pancakes with a dollop of sour cream and fresh berries!
When we mix the cheese into our homemade pancake batter, this homemade syrniki recipe is packed with tons of protein, which isn't the case with regular American pancakes. In addition to being a perfect breakfast for anyone looking for something sweet and delectable in the morning, the recipe can easily be made gluten-free and eco-friendly to suit any dietary needs.
Ukrainian breakfast pancakes, known as Syrniki, can also be classified as cottage cheese pancakes.
A curd cheese turnover is made with curd cheese, eggs, flour, and sugar. These were fried by my Ukrainian mother in oil until they became crisp on the outside and browned on the inside, with the inside remaining slightly creamy. It is said that these cheesecakes are so good they even make it into Kyiv Restaurants and are rated among the top Ukrainian Foods to try when visiting Ukraine
